These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phwinph ("phwinph," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the phwinph online gaming platform available at phwinph.org. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phwinph.org or any associated mobile-optimized version of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using phwinph and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of phwinph, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person accessing phwinph from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phwinph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phwinph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on phwinph or any other gaming platform operating under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phwinph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phwinph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on phwinph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. phwinph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify phwinph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phwinph may suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not sell, transfer, or assign your phwinph account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.

phwinph reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phwinph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phwinph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. phwinph does not accept or process payments via cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any payment method not expressly listed on the platform.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified (KYC-complete). phwinph may request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 30 days may be declined.

phwinph processes withdrawal requests within 1–4 business hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. phwinph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phwinph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are credited to your phwinph account in PHP and may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion.
• phwinph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on phwinph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by phwinph or any third party after a wager is placed.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phwinph will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your phwinph account. phwinph's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over phwinph or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploits of software vulnerabilities. Collusion between players in live dealer games is also strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phwinph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using phwinph for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing phwinph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Registering or using phwinph if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the phwinph platform or its underlying systems.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwinph staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

phwinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools, accessible from your account settings after phwinph Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PHP.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from phwinph. Self-excluded players may not circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts.

phwinph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately and withhold any funds pending age verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on phwinph.org — including but not limited to the phwinph brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, layout, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phwinph or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from phwinph without prior written consent from phwinph. Unauthorized use of phwinph's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwinph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

phwinph's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phwinph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phwinph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phwinph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the platform or its content.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

phwinph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on phwinph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phwinph complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phwinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phwinph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of phwinph following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phwinph and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. phwinph operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phwinph's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to phwinph's support team and allow phwinph a reasonable period of not less than 14 calendar days to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phwinph's internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
